Ultimate Sewing Chairs are covered under a warranty provided by our manufacturing partner, Seating Inc. This warranty applies to the original end user and warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and limitations set forth below. During the applicable warranty period, Seating Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product or component found to be defective. Such repairs or replacements will be provided to the original purchaser at no charge.
This warranty is effective for the applicable period beginning on the date of purchase, as documented by the original receipt or other valid proof of purchase. This warranty constitutes the sole remedy for any product defects and does not extend to defects arising from misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or the use of attachments or materials not approved by the manufacturer. This includes, without limitation, the application of non‑approved upholstery materials or the installation, use, or maintenance of products or components in a manner inconsistent with the company’s installation, maintenance, or other applicable guidelines.
If this product fails during normal use, as defined in the limitations above, and within the applicable warranty period, our manufacturing partner, Seating Inc., will repair or, at its sole discretion, replace the defective part at no charge to the purchaser, provided that the purchaser returns the part to Seating Inc. with all freight and related charges prepaid. No parts or products may be returned without prior written authorization from Seating Inc.
Seating Inc. reserves the right to inspect any part or product to determine the nature and cause of the defect. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to return the part or product to the manufacturer, at the purchaser’s expense, for evaluation and warranty determination.
No other warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those expressly stated herein, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor for any off‑site labor charges.
